Energy flow through your meridians is assessed using muscle response as a feedback indicator. This identifies areas of imbalance, stress, energy blockages, self-sabotage programs and limiting belief systems that are inhibiting good health and preventing you from manifesting your full potential.

The number of treatments needed vary according to your particular imbalances and the complexity of the cause(s). Most people begin to feel a significant improvement within the first one or two sessions.

Sessions can be conducted long distance. I work with many clients internationally to help them restore their body to optimal balance.

Treatment may consist of energy balancing, reflex massage, stress release, food sensitivity balancing, homeopathic remedies, hypnotherapy, nutritional therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, flower essences, Neuro Linguistic Programming, & reflexology to name but a few.
