Workshops will be held in Calvia in a beautiful finca 1.5km from the village. You are welcome to explore the land and woods during lunchtime, or to just relax and enjoy the views or take a dip in the large pool. If you are interested in any of the following workshops but can't make that date then contact me and I will arrange to suit. If you can't come to Calvia, but can get 6 people together, I can come to you. Weekend workshops are also available. Spring 2008 Natural weight management without dieting
Sat 17th May 9.30- 5pm
Learn about your own unique energy system, what influences it & how to heal it. Discover how your Life Energy travels through your body and how it can be monitored by testing your body's muscular system. This empowering energy technique answers a wide array of questions. Determine which pathways in your body are blocked or flowing, whether an organ is functioning properly and if any foods are depleting your system. Explore how energies shape the way you think and feel. Use it to assess food intolerances, stress levels or ‘imbalances’ in the body/ mind system. You will learn about your meridians and acupuncture points and many wonderful balancing techniques that you can take away and use for yourself and share with family and friends.This workshop teaches you basic muscle testing which will allow you to access the wisdom held in your body and learn to identify foods and substances to which you have sensitivities. Check your favourite cosmetics to discover if they are right for you. Learn how to strengthen your meridians with specific massage of reflex points. With hands-on practice of several different muscle testing techniques, you will be able to access information for yourself or others. Examine and clear blocks to get clearer direction in your life. Decipher what your body tells you and what choices will best support your well-being. This simple, yet amazing life skill will support you throughout your life. Practice items will be provided, but feel free to bring anything you would like to have muscle tested. You will also be taught proven stress management techniques, which will enable you to help yourself and your friends.

Thurs 10th April 10-2pm Brain Gym is a highly effective program that teaches simple but specific body movements that can improve learning, memory and coordination. Tue 3rd June 9.30-5pm This workshop offers you safe, simple self-help methods that every woman should know and use. It is an in-depth exploration of the various factors that increase and decrease the risks of breast cancer, and is a practical manual for prevention. Most breast lumpiness and discomfort is simply due to lymphatic congestion and can be resolved quickly and easily without risk to your health. Finding a breast lump instils fear in many women because of the threat of breast cancer. Given that the vast majority of lumps are benign try these methods first before consulting /while waiting for a consultation with your doctor.
This technique is not intended to replace conventional medicine, however it often helps reduce the need for further medical tests once the congestion is resolved. Thu 5th June 9.30- 3.30pm This ½ day workshop looks at the immune system and our ability to enhance it or harm it based on how we choose to eat and live. The workshop explains the power of the mind and emotions over immunity and how to use this power along with other simple techniques to strengthen and optimise your immune system.

One-day Workshop TBA Peri-menopause is a period of hormonal change before menopause. Symptoms such as hot flushes, depression, mood swings and insomnia are common. At menopause itself, a woman's risk of heart disease and osteoporosis increases dramatically. This workshop will teach you about natural and simple ways to relieve symptoms and reduce the health risks associated with menopause. Diet, nutritional supplements, herbs and energy techniques will be covered.
1/2-day Workshop TBA This workshop covers the causes of stress and its various stages. Stress management using self- massage of specific points on your body, breathing, exercises and nutrition. Learn some of the most highly effective techniques based on acupressure, Kinesiology and Neuro Linguistic Programming that reduce stress and boost your vitality that you can practice at home. You will learn ways to identify and clear sabotage programs that may be the underlying key in why people are not making progress in their goals. Techniques will be taught that use affirmations and the meridian systems to release long standing reactive emotions and attitudes gently and easily.
1/2-day Workshop TBA Flower essences are a popular self- help tool used by many. However with such a massive selection to choose from where do you start? It may take you weeks of trial and error reading about them and then trying them out in the hope that they will support your healing process. Now you can learn the easy way using Kinesiology. In this workshop you will learn how to bring an issue, emotional or otherwise, forward so you can find out which essence (or essences) will support your move into a positive frame of mind. You will be able to test this on fellow students and discover which remedies help you. You will be able to take this knowledge home to help your friends and family. Each student will be able to take home a personalized remedy at the end of the class. If you have your own essences please feel free to bring them along to learn if they are of help to you at this time.
